Frequently asked questions

Q. Do you accept health insurance?

A. We do not currently accept health insurance.  UrgentCare2You accepts cash and all forms of credit cards and HSA debit cards.  Since we do not accept insurance, our prices are lower than what you would typically pay in an Urgent Care facility.  We will provide you with an invoice of services with applicable ICD code for reimbursement if applicable.


Q. Do you provide X-Rays?

A. We currently do not provide radiology services and do not diagnose or treat conditions that require x-rays.  If you have a possible sprain or fracture we recommend that you visit an urgent care facility or emergency room that provides radiology services


Q. What type of illnesses or conditions do you treat?

A. We diagnose and treat common illnesses to include urinary tract infection, ear infection, mono, fever, strep/sore throat, upper respiratory infection, simple suturing and other illnesses that are treatable in an urgent care.  Additionally, we treat other non-emergency conditions that doesn't require specialty care.  We do not treat conditions that require emergency care and when you call our appointment or information line we will recommend that you visit an emergency room or call 911 if your condition requires that level of care.


Q. Do you provide same day services?

A. In most cases, we are able to provide same day services based on appointment availability.  Patients will typically be seen within 24 hrs of calling.


Q. I am visiting from out of town and need urgent care services but my insurance doesn't cover out of state care, can I call UrgentCare2You?

A. Yes, since we are considered out of network to most insurance carriers, we do not work with insurance and only accept cash, credit cards, and HSA cards.  We will go 2 you at your hotel room, relatives residence or wherever it is most convenient for you.


Q. Do you provide medications as part of your service?

A. In some cases, we will provide you with a starter dose of the required medication and call in a prescription to your local pharmacy.


Q. Do you offer discounts to military personnel?

A. Yes, we do offer a 10% discount on our basic services to our wonderful veterans, additionally, we go a step further and provide the same discount to our wonderful first responders, senior citizens, and teachers.  Just ask during your call and provide identification prior to services.
